I kept nagging on them, and contacted them immediately after I recieved it, to make it believable. I just bought another one with different credentials, it's the best time to Milk them.

Outer carboard box was empty, that is all you need to claim. I did this a couple weeks ago. They will ask you to take pics.

It arrived only yesterday because of Christmas delays, went into live chat yesterday and claimed empty box. Rep said they will contact me by email as soon as possible but its been over 24 hours with no email yet. Should I contact them again? @mothered @Endeavor
