Have just ordered 128GB Quest 2, upon arrival do I say the oculus box was empty or the outer packaging was empty?

First and foremost, I don't get confused. Be sure to make a mental note of It.

Each approach Is equally effective, but evidently you cannot use both, can you? Hence my recommendation In my previous post.
I've provided my view - opt for whatever It Is you see fit.

Outer cardboard box was empty, that is all you need to claim. I did this a couple weeks ago. They will ask you to take pics.

Which one did you pick up? The 256 with the strap or is there a limit to their generosity? Also I’m guessing you grabbed off metas website correct?

As more and more experience Is attained, the OP will learn to apply himself effectively. I've been dealing with comments of that capacity for 35+ years In the social engineering sector. I'm used to It by now.
