That's because they have no way of fulfilling your request.

Get In contact by phone. A lot more can be said and done over a phone conversation.

If they repeatedly fail to respond, then yes, box them.
Got it, will update

So I spent over an hour in the phone for them to tell me that there isn’t even a photo of the package at the time of delivery, BUT THEY STILL WANT A PR. I had the call escalated to the point where the rep offered me the “ceo”’s email address, and said they couldn’t do anything without a police report. I don’t even know if I can flip this around so that I can box these as the package was delivered 6 days ago at this point. I am unsure of how to proceed. I don’t think any claims of damaged item or dna can work, since they keep referring to this “ups tool” that is telling them the weight of the two packages are matching, which was apparently 0.3 lbs?? Which is under the necessary amount for eb. I’m getting screwed here.

What are the repercussions of filing a PR too often? Will the police stop you from filing reports in the future because you are too suspicious?

They'll remain adamant with the PR, and the claim will not move forward until It's received.

Which weighing facility are they referring to?

Prior to dispatch, the carrier's depot or otherwise?
Question It.

Ups at the time of delivery. I don’t think there’s anything I can do besides try. Boxing, should I just add some extra bubble wrap to ensure the package hits the .3 lbs.

So they weighed the package at the exact point It was dropped off at your address?

Not In their truck/van, but at your home?

No definitely in their truck, I tried to explain this to them and the rep said that at that point, it is considered “theft” thus they need the police report. I tried to explain that the package technically wasn’t delivered at that point but they weren’t listening.

I'm convinced Amazon is requesting pr's on purpose for these two reasons. 1. By requesting pr's for eb's/dna's they then have a way to easily track your refunds no matter how many accts you have since you can't use your aliases in a pr. 2. They know you can only file a pr so many times within a given period before the cops start viewing you as a little suspect. It's their way of trying to fight back against se's
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.
