You didn't wait for anyone to come and collect It - It's a defective/dangerous product and you couldn't take the risk of It sitting anywhere near your home, hence It was Immediately disposed of at a nearby waste department.

I had them reopen my claim, even though a few weeks had passed since my last communication with them (I told'em I was away on a business trip abroad).
The phone operator was waaaay more understanding than the one I had dealt with before, said things like "in no way will Dyson allow one of its users to be left unserviced like this".

They've got 2 ways for you to send them POPs: one's through WhatsApp and the other one's through a link they send to you while you're on the phone with them.
Both ways obviously make the corrupted file method useless, as you're gonna upload the photos to either WhatsApp or their website.

Simply say you're experiencing major Issues uploading the files (used different devices etc to no avail), but you're more than happy to email the POP as an attachment.

It seems like they've started to realize what's going on, hence they're Implementing different procedures.

I found a series number on a local shop and tried serial number method - now i got a return label and i will box them.
