So recently tried to SE protein from a Swedish brand called Mmsport.

I got the package and told them that the protein was leaking and made me feel sick they told me to reship the protein back with at least 50% protein left to get a refund what do I do??

say the bag was split that badly so you threw it away , meaning you are unable to send the remaining protein back

Why "failed"? It's not failed yet.
You could well send 50% back and get a refund; there you go, free 50%.
Or you could try mixing a small part of protein with some similar powder and send that back
