Did they discuss anything further to that?

What should the move be?
What's the weight & size of the Item?

I had boxing the return In mind, but It's too big and heavy.

The disposed of the faulty Item method can be used Instead.

It's not difficult when the Item (to be boxed) does not register a weight on consignment.

It starts to get complicated when a significant amount of dry Ice must be used.

I have stated over 5 emails that i disposal the faulty item due to safety reasons, but they wont go any further without the item being sent back.

They said "without getting the product back, we cannot handle this warranty"
You can try through the dealer (store i bought it in) but i think you will run into same problem

@mothered whats the move? im out of ideas

Request an escalation on the grounds that their faulty product Is the sole reason your claim Is In this predicament.
