Truth about FTID 10-07-2022, 07:46 PM

Hello everyone,
Im a new member so greetings to the forum members. I wanted to discuss about FTID method especially using it on Amazon in Europe. Especially about the more advanced versions of it V3 and etc. At first sight the method looks relatively simple and with a decent chance to work. Also, if you use it smart it might be pretty successful. However, I see some illogical parts. For lets say we jump to the part where we manually edit the pre-sent label. What is the point? I have an insider from UPS and he noted that label doesn't matter at all unless you have a technology to somehow modify the barcode itself in the system (maybe thats the case with advanced panel/insiders method, but let's leave this for now). Any change on the label is irrelevant since everything is in the system, he also mentioned that upon delivery you must scan the parcel again and that it is impossible if you are more than 200meters from the original address where you should deliver (I would tend to don't agree on this one cause that sounds like a nonsense to me). So now let's get back a bit. While everything with all that FTID sounds promising when you don't think about it, I can't let it slip through my mind that it is a nonsense as well since it shouldn't work for the reason I mentioned before. But there is a but. I have people who use FTID (even a primitive ones with an empty envelope) and they manage to success almost all the time with a really big orders and that is not some tale form friend of my friend of my friend. So then I start asking myself - what I am missing. Is it pure look, dumb delivery guys (actually i don't even imagine why delivery guy should deliver the parcel based on what is written on the label and not in the system) or some Amazon warehouse nonsense.. Or maybe I am completely wrong about the delivery company and the importance of the label, maybe the UPS insider guy doesn't have the knowledge about the importance of the label and that somehow it might be actually modified to cause some forcing delivery mistakes. I would like to hear your opinions, thank you.
