they told me they need answers from their logistic partner and i need to message again next week. is this normal?

no i did eb but the rep was an idiot and kept apologizing. i told him to give me a different rep and he says he cant do that. im contacting them on whatsapp now so i can get a different rep.

Just push them every so often and eventually they'll give you the reply you want.
