I feel you are overthinking the whole process. Try to think and act like you actually received the empty package - you are confused, they said return the package, so you return it. If they ask any questions, the only thing you can answer is "I opened the box, it wasn't inside" you cant answer any other questions because thats all you know. It should be fairly straight forward. Thinking in this manner should give you some more confidence. Good luck

Just properly organised a return consignment for this. Will update you likely next week due to closures of couriers on weekends.

Not sure if I've failed this se or not, but I called last week and was greeted with a manager with an attitude as if they were arguing with me. I told them that the box came empty and was told that it was impossible since apple packs them with seals. After that, I didn't know what to say cause it just seemed like she was trying to argue that point to me, so I just went silent. Is there anything I can do, or is this an L?
