Ive been told that once they receive the empty box, that they will take it on from there. Im not sure if im receiving a refund or anything yet.

When requesting the empty box be returned, It usually results In a refund.

Is there anything i need to do, other than remove the airpods and the case from the box and give them the empty one?

What was their exact reply pertaining to the return?

I called them, and from what I remember, they told me to send them them the empty box.

No, they told me to return the box without the airpods and case. So i guess i answered my own question. Also, they asked me to go into any jbhifi store to return the box and that they will inspect it before anything.

Initially when I contacted, they gave me the option of a return consignment for a replacement, so I'm assuming this would also be the case for a refund
