So I have been attempting DNA with yeezy supply, and essentially after their “investigation” they stated: We received an update from Fedex that this claims … were not honored. And after further investigation FEDEX received verbal confirmation that the recipient has received the package.

After this I replied asking for photographic evidence and an escalation to which they replied: Based on the tracking information … it was delivered to the address on file and according to FedEx, they have received a verbal confirmation that the package has received when they initiated an investigation.
Since the carrier confirmed that the package was received, we are unable to issue a refund since the package was not tagged as lost.

FedEx also seems to have left me a voice message telling me to start a lost package claim or something like that. I’m not sure what the next move here is.

Do exactly this. Starte the lost package claim and see the outcome. Anyone could have stole your package, the "verbal confirmation" is pure non-sense and no evidence at all.

According to FedEx, one of the possible reasons why the claim is being denied is because both parties involved with FedEx and the driver agreed that your package was successfully delivered to the right location. In addition to that, the shipment doesn't have a signature required.

There are instances that the carrier will leave the package in the safest location near the front door or leave it to a neighbor. If you live in an apartment complex, we suggest contacting the leasing office to see if they are holding your package. Some packages do not fit in the mailboxes, so carriers will often leave the parcels at the managers' office for safekeeping. Please check the attached file for proof of delivery.

If you feel that your package has been stolen, you can contact your local law enforcement to continue with the investigation.
