They're at fault for not ensuring It was personally accepted by you or a household member.

really pissing me off. they saying dispute it with clearpay and we will have an investigation. They are saying the damn delivery had the gps and a picture of it on the doorstep. They are proving stupid as hell and not like other companies, what u think i should do?

Wrote a lengthy email claiming my consumer rights. Gling to pester the fuck out of them. Honestly hope they burn.

Clearpay doesn’t allow you to dispute until 7 days after. There’s no way he was telling me a GPS and a picture of a box on my doorstep is a ‘completed delivery’ regardless of their garbage investigation with Royal Mail.

A completed delivery Is when you have accepted the package, not your doorstep. Tell them to provide evidence of the package personally handed to you, and you'll be more than happy to settle the claim. Obviously, they cannot fulfil your request.
