Other posts mention that ups/fedex don’t have time to check for ID so a signature is enough.
^ That's why I questioned the ID.
If It's checked, I'm trying to establish whether the driver "takes a copy of the ID", or purely looks at It. If It's the latter, It's useless - the driver's word cannot be used to verify the ID.

If It's dumped at your doorstep, the DNA Is good to go, regardless of the Item value.

mothered Got some updates and looking for some more advice.
I returned the monitor to Walmart and received the refund for the whole amount. I ordered the replacement from Amazon.
Delivery happened two days ago by USPS and it was left on the porch. Today I claimed DNA and 2 minutes later was asking for a PR and received the OFM refund email.
We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders.
We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued.
I asked if there was an actual investigation and to look into it but was told they will look into the case after a PR.
My conundrum here is I don’t want family accounts being closed although I don’t mind mine being closed. OFM seems to mean that any further SE is risking account closure.
Should I file the PR and go forward with the SE, risking account closure for my family as well. Or should I just return and call it a failed attempt?
