If you're returning It by claiming It's damaged, It cannot be placed back Into stock, hence It's very likely they'll check the Item for defects.

If the packaging Is suitable, the sealed box method Is the better option.

I’ve done some research and seen plenty of these Walmart disputes going the wrong way especially in the case of my credit card. PayPal also will likely side with merchant unless they take the time to notice the refund and signature on file.

I’ve seen legitimate returns be charged back months later for sending back the wrong item when it was legitimately delivered wrong.

To me this seems like Walmart is too disorganized and not following a standard protocol. They also are less likely to help actual customers if this is the case. Somehow I’ve gotten my account to a point where they refuse to go any further, so I fear a return is all that’s left for me to do.

Thinking of following up by reordering and seeing if the bot can refund a new order. Or, just go through Amazon but I’ll keep this thread updated if Walmart is a go.

@mothered Can you SE walmart multiple times on the same account like amazon if they are spaced months apart? If so, I may attempt a monitor from them as well.

I don’t see why not. So far with my experience I would rate them as very easy for anything non electronic. High value items are more scrutinized.

Either that, or re-order on a different account and use another method.

In terms of the DNA on a non-OTP delivery, Amazon Is certainly the better choice.

My last dna for 600 was around 3 weeks ago. Hopefully this one will be just as easy

To play It safe, be sure to make a legit purchase prior to hitting the DNA.

So I have 3 small orders that were made after that. 2 more orders besides this that are shipping soon that will be delivered after this and before. They are very cheap orders comparatively speaking to the SE. If that made sense, does that sound good enough?

So for curiosity sake I make a fresh account with all new details across the board and the same order would require a signature. That’s why I ended up making the order on my regular account with a prior dna. Is there anything I can make of this here? Does this maybe mean that I’m in good standing despite the prior DNA? Last DNA before 3 weeks ago was over a year prior.
