PP method suggestion #1
Got my package and it was delivered and says to my name at reception.

is it possible to dispute with DNA and indicate that my address does not have a reception or is SNAD better for this?

It's quite a heavy product, 50 lbs and $2k cost.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Was a signature provided?

PayPal tends to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation.

Who's the company and what's the Item description?

There was no signature, although the driver handed it to me.

Yeah I am worried seller just replies and gives tracking then I am at a lost.

Perfect DNA material.

The driver's word holds no value to verify receipt of goods.

Not If you SE the company directly.

Of course, they must be liable for lost shipments.

The disposed of the faulty Item method can be used, by saying the coffee machine caught fire and you disposed of It for safety concerns.

In this case do you think it’s better to do the DNA route with company first before PP? Or the caught on fire route

Correct.

PayPal should always be used when all else fails. Think of PP as a backup system.
