Mine was supposed to come today but I realised it still hasn't been shipped, so I live chat with them and they said they'll get back to me via email. I guess I'll be extra disappointed when I receive an empty package lol

Support got back to me and said due to a the high number of orders, my package is delayed but rest assured it will come.

I've got in on paper (well, in my inbox). I don't know how soon should I contact them again because the order hasn't moved.
