Depending on whether you phrased it as the watch being missing from its packaging or the whole watch with its box included not arriving, you might be able to refute their claim as the watch's weight is actually neglible (around 60g).

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I got a refund! I had to file a police report, which I did. I gave them my crime reference number and the person on the phone verified id with the police and refunded me over £400!
