Eb works when they ask photo just send a photo to the empty parcel

Had success returning knock off raybans.
The returns process is not automated online. You would have to email support for RMA assistance

Any return method is unnecessary for RayBan. EB works flawlessly.

Rayban empty box is ez money. I did it a few weeks back for $200 glasses and their "investigation" just took a day and then I got my refund. No pics or anything necessary

I'm surprised they didn't request photos - It's predominantly the case when claiming missing goods.

In the process of an empty box with Rayban myself for my Mrs so will let all know how it gets on. Double’d up on them a couple years ago though for a refund, replacement and a voucher for fresh pair of customs as their process took that long so got high hopes for this one.
