Yo lads,

I got a delivery and they didnt even send me the tracking number. It came on saturday and was left behind my bins in the open with no envelope (royal mail) they call it the safeplace but i didnt request for it to be there?

Am i just better off claiming DNA as they ddint share the tracking info or should i just go with the inital plan EB.

The operative words are: "once the goods have been delivered to you". The DNA obviously claims nonreceipt of goods.
