My main amz account status flagged + 2times ofm policy warnings on it.
For SE'ing used another bank <--Call it Old Bank/CC.
"Both has my same real name on it tho."
New Bank can be called fresh/unused for SE'ing purpose - I've so far used Old Bank for SE'ing & stuff.
So i was wondering if or can they(the amz cs rep) are able to TRACK, IDENTITY AND FAIL my SE in midway {using my SAVED payment address or voice data-on phone call} if i try another one from AGED Amazon with ALMOST 0/NO complaints-returns/refund, when using:-
Case 1: New Bank/CC
Case 2: Old Bank/CC
Both of these^ are saved on my currently flagged account though!
What would you say?
In short, Amazon keeps records of every account history, transaction, activity, payment system and credentials.
If they're to Investigate a given account for suspicious behavior, they'd Identify multi-accounting.
So your thoughts on doing another SE' with fresh amazon(with 0 returns / refunds) with New Bank's CC(already saved on previous flagged main amz account), it will be high ticket item, approx $900!

If It's already saved on a previous flagged Amazon account, how can It be a new bank credit card?
Yes in that sense its not. I meant the bank so far i've used for transacting(both legits & for SEing) almost everywhere was opened in 2011. So named it old one.
And the one i'm refering to as NEW is opened in Nov'2022(thats why called it NEW) though i had applied for it via amazon's app only BUT this new one has never been used for refunds & stuffs anywhere but still the fact remains unchanged that amazon has its application date, creation date, dispatch+delivery of card date, card number automatically saved on amazon. So i guess that makes it relatively unsafe for SEing via fresh amazon account(created in 2016, so far no returns no refunds on it though).
What would you say? o_O

A pathetic reply that holds no value whatsoever.
Yet again, they're not providing evidence of their claim to have received the Incorrect Item. It's quite clear that they're making up a fanciful story to decline the claim. Shoot off emails to every Amazon department, regardless of whether their position Is relevant, and specifically ask to "provide evidence of the Incorrect Item received".
I spammed every amazon contact mail i had with- complaints, questions & cries, other than automated acknowledgement I'm getting no response. I think they wont be responding as they mentioned before in previous mail.
Thinking to initiate chargeback, Thoughts?
