I have everything sent to 'em and validated: Photos of the laptop, SN, and the invoice

They now want to pickup the package from my house (im using a drop one) or I can just send it with a label.

What should I do next? Tampered box? FTID? Im a noob on this world

1 - Contacted their support saying that smoke was coming our from my laptop and It won't turn on

2 - They replied asking for my SN, photos of the laptop and a pop/invoice

3 - Give them all that and they asked if I want to send the package myself or if I prefer someone to come to my house to pick it up. (I'm using a drop, so I can just leave the package at the door)

Using FTID or Tampered Box, whatever you recommend me  . If I  do FTID I would have to send the package myself. If I do Tampered, I can choose if sending it myself or waiting the carrier to pickup from my drop.
