Need help - Laptop - zebra. - 05-27-2022

Soo I want to SE a laptop from Medion
I have everything sent to 'em and validated: Photos of the laptop, SN, and the invoice

They now want to pickup the package from my house (im using a drop one) or I can just send it with a label.

What should I do next? Tampered box? FTID? Im a noob on this world

All via email
1 - Contacted their support saying that smoke was coming our from my laptop and It won't turn on

2 - They replied asking for my SN, photos of the laptop and a pop/invoice

3 - Give them all that and they asked if I want to send the package myself or if I prefer someone to come to my house to pick it up. (I'm using a drop, so I can just leave the package at the door)

Let me rephrase my question. How do you plan to circumvent the return?

Using FTID or Tampered Box, whatever you recommend me  Smile. If I  do FTID I would have to send the package myself. If I do Tampered, I can choose if sending it myself or waiting the carrier to pickup from my drop.
