Hello dear sinister.li members.
I'm seeking for assistance, tips or tricks on how to successfully get a refund from MyProtein. I've had legit orders on MyProtein before, about 7-8 orders before.
I just placed an order for 55€ on myprotein.lt (Lithuanian domain).
What would be the best method on getting a refund? I've ordered 2.5KG protein powder only. Maybe I could just tell them that I felt really sick after consuming their product, or maybe I could combine for example: broken package with "spilled" product and despite that I still tried the protein and It was disgusting and felt really bad afterwards? If you could help me please!

Do exactly that. The stale food method works wonders on consumables.
If you health is in danger by consuming their food, they mostly have no other option rather then refunding your prodcut.

I've just put in a refund request for a 'strange tasting batch that made me feel ill', so I'll let you know how I get on also. I replaced the bag with flour and topped up with a bit of protein in case they ask to return.

I empty box them 3 times for 5kg bag of whey.
They state they do investigation but guess it's not in-depth.
CS requested pic of my shipping label but it didn't state weight. This goes to show they did not contact shipping company.
Friends of mine also had success doing this.


Regarding claiming that you get sick after consumption CS will request a doctor's note 100% of the time.

Maybe you're right, but I don't know if they would request doctor's note in Lithuania, but I'm not sure.
I believe that DPD shipping label states the weight of package. Also, I'm not sure about that.
