Hello dear sinister.li members.
I'm seeking for assistance, tips or tricks on how to successfully get a refund from MyProtein. I've had legit orders on MyProtein before, about 7-8 orders before.
I just placed an order for 55€ on myprotein.lt (Lithuanian domain).
What would be the best method on getting a refund? I've ordered 2.5KG protein powder only. Maybe I could just tell them that I felt really sick after consuming their product, or maybe I could combine for example: broken package with "spilled" product and despite that I still tried the protein and It was disgusting and felt really bad afterwards? If you could help me please!

First of all sorry for my english.
I do not order from myprotein for a while but some years ago i always stored empty bags of protein.
When the package arrived i make a small tamper in the box, a little cut in a empty bag and spill just a little protein in the box. I used to contact them and when they asked for pictures i sent to them abd with a good camera angle the spilled content seemed a lot more and obviusly a danger for health since the remaining proteins were opened to air within a shipping cardbox in transit so absolutely not suitable to consumption. They always offered refund, even on repeated order.
As I said this was about 3-4 years ago.

i tried the spilled trick once. it worked for me. sometimes i change the expencive items with other cheap items, they have on their shop and tell them i got the wrong package. every 3-4 package i fake an issue.

I chose split package method with spilled product in the box.

Update on my SE

First email received 2 days ago: They told me that I should send a picture of the package and its spilled content, I sent it.
Email from today: They told me that they're very sorry about the inconvenience and will reship the product. They mentioned that I should receive an email about reshipment confirmation and new tracking ID.
I asked them If I could receive refund instead of reshipment, and if not I will accept the reshipment, either way it's a W situation

So I guess it succeeded, thank you all very much for help!
Do you perhaps know how often I can perform this type of SE again? Maybe after every 2-3 legit orders?

Well done indeed. I wouldn't use the same method again as the previous SE. If so, I would make some legit orders in between. Congrats!
