Ok bro, relax a bit, seriously, relax. From what you showed I would expect a refund to be coming, sounds like you have emails going everywhere and they are busy, they got nailed this past year, so try and only deal with the specialist or the refund person. You have a victory regardless because your bank has to back you, you have Amazons email, and that should be plenty to get you a charge back.
Sounds like the refund is coming, try that course and send that person a response saying it's not here and it's passed the time. See what they say. 90days is a reality because they got a fake from you. And you're flagged, even though you got a received correct item email. They will make you wait. You have to keep at it, properly though. And your bank should back you 100%.

Something important I may have forgot to mention is that every other mail after the one saying a refund was issued told me ''we did not receive the correct item, send us the correct item if you want a refund''. These were all poor written emails what I assume to be from a third world country and people who don't speak my language well.

How did you respond to those emails?
I kept explaining how I did send in the right item after, and that I received an email saying a refund was issued, but they didn't pay any attention to what I said and kept saying the same thing (i believe those emails were either automated or they were copy pasting them, with a few words added).

ofm@
Amazon.com, accountclosurrequest@
Amazon.com, primary@
Amazon.com and jeff@
Amazon.com. Only ever received responses from ofm.
I changed the domains to keep help my identity save, in my country Amazon has a real shortage of account specialists so I tried contacting ofm@
Amazon in other countries but they told me I need to get help from my own country's e-mail address.

At this point, can you even chargeback? I believe you have X amount of days to start a dispute with your bank. I'd start looking at that just in case it's approaching.
