Where do you see that In the screenshot?
Here refer these screenshot to better understand i wanted to tell you.
Screenshot 1 "contains 2mails": https://prnt.sc/K08Tj7WVW_zt :on 1st mail amazon.in is correct, on 2nd mail it becomes amazon.co.uk
Screenshot 2 "contains 1mail": https://prnt.sc/xG94TqVeEgNR : on 3rd mail it becomes amazon.co.in...i dont think Indian one operates only on "".in"" NOT "".co.in""

They've totally mismanaged your claim.
They will however, request a refund In 2 weeks, which Is obviously what you're after.
Okay so now i wait for full 2weeks and say nothing to them in between, asking cuz i they never asked me to "wait for so long" so far, this is the 1st time & strange! O_O

Looks like they didnt even listen/consider whatever i told them on phone call or even on mail.

I'd be surprised if they actually do. I had them BS me like that before, no refund was ever received. Either way I'll check back and see.
In that case chargeback with my banker is last resort! XDDDD

Understood.
As per the link below, It doesn't Include the domains In your first screenshot above, nor what you've previously mentioned with this:

@
mothered
I just received another Call from them which was followed by a Mail
https://prnt.sc/wJ5F1g6bA352.
Quote:
Hello XXX,
This is XYZ with Amazon Executive Customer Relations. Our CEO received your email, and I'm responding on his behalf.
Thank you for your valuable time and it was pleasure speaking with you on call.
I’m sorry to hear about your poor experience you had with the order # 123456789.
As promised, I've escalated this issue with the concerned teams for investigation.
I'll be following up with the issue and will get back to you once I've more information.
If you would prefer I give you a call please reply to this email with the best number and time to reach you. I'm in the office from Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM IST.
XXX, though I regret the series of events that led to you receiving this email, I'm grateful for the opportunity to have heard your story and shared your feedback. Thank you for being a valuable member of our Amazon family. We look forward to serving you again - and serving you better - next time.
Warmest regards,
XYZ
Amazon.in
The Phone call went was pretty normal-&-polite unlike the previous one with SDS-CAP-Team's Reps & it went like this
1st they called me & asked routine questions for acc'verification
Then asked me whole story happened
I told them the whole thing that i was using a price drop tracker so i knew this was returned item bny someone else before me & pleas to liaise it with accounts departments & all that: to which Rep responded he has taken my inputs & will GET MULTIPLE TEAMS TO INVESTIGATE IT & THEN ONLY HE WILL PROVIDE WITH RESOLUTION
Questions to which i'm looking answers for or worried about, any sort of inputs is much appreciated:-
1st: I'm legit scared will they go through my whole account history & go ban/block/blacklist or even legal against me??
2nd: Is account closure incoming(I USED TO SE, not SE'ing anymore: i'm done doing that)??
3rd: Have I pushed it too far where i can get busted, should i call it off while i've the time & write the loss in my books, considering the legal consequences which may or may not arise at a later stage?
F**K I"M NERVOUS & SCARED
