Try to avoid a video proof if you can't provide it, ultimately you can always claim your only recording device is your phone and it can't film but only shoot pictures as it's broken.
Pictures should be far easier to photoshop than whole videos.
If it's a necessity to send a video then you can employ a corrupted file method.

I have some news about the customer service, they sent me an email to tell me that the RMA was almost valid but that I had to take the serial number of the battery. If I can manage on Photoshop it should be ok. Do you think it's a trap and that each battery has its serial number linked to the serial number of the pc in question?

The sentence from the customer service :

« Please provide us a clear photo of your battery with the serial number in it readable when zoomed in. We will need it to further enhance the quality of our products. »

Contact a seller on eBay or Craigslist, tell them that you're interested in purchasing their laptop and ask them for a picture of their battery as you heard that Razer batteries start to damage overtime & just want to confirm there's no faults before purchasing. Contact 10+ people and you'll atleast get one person to do this for you.

As for it being a trap, I doubt it and I hope not.
Let me know how it goes if you decide to use this approach.

If ever the process on Craigslist doesn't work and I can't get a picture, do you think providing the serial number without a picture would do the trick if I continue with the excuse of the camera making blurry and unreadable pictures/video?
