Razer Serial Number Method - Troubilshow - 05-09-2022

Hello everyone!

I'm considering using the serial number technique on a Razer PC. Of course I don't have the product with me.

I was wondering what is the best way to proceed for a return of the product without it asking me for POD (or low level POD) ?

Or even what is the best failure to put forward for a simple and effective treatment. Maybe a global failure of the pc that doesn't turn on anymore or dead pixel ?

If you have already dealt with Razer and with this technique I would be happy to learn more and to know the things to avoid / to do

Why are you concerned about a POD?

It's easily manipulated.

The PC Is dead - It won't power up.

Thx for your reply, I was concerned because I don’t have the pc and I’m bad at Photoshop ahah but what you told me is the best method I think I will create a good story

Here is what I juste received from Razer assistance :

As u can see the infos to provide is quite easy except few of them like the video, I’m gonna use the corrupted file tech & hope that thing work. The only Infos I don’t’ have is the charger product number + charger led-LIT Y/N.

Is it possible to use a serial number of the charger that is not the one associated with the serial number of the pc I want to SE ?The trap may be there and of course I can not get other photos of the pc and charger in question for several reasons that I will not mention

Tell them that the serial number Is worn and not clearly visible.

For the technique of corrupted files I think I have no choice unfortunately, I do not know anyone who has the pc, there is no other technique in this case. Nevertheless there is no other method. I will see if I can find videos that can work on the internet

What Is your objective here?

Also, where does It mention anything about a video In their reply?
