update: the package arrived this morning, my brother picked it and driver asked the OTP password so DNA it is further out of question.
I just contacted amazon and used the MEB method
i thought i’d have an instant refund due to legit account im using but the assistant asked me go to make a PR
since the account and order is on my brother name i don’t want to waste time and i going with him to make the report

actually not because i thought every other agent can see something marked on the account/order he also send me the mail asking for the PR but should i still try?

actually not because i thought every other agent can see something marked on the account/order he also send me the mail asking for the PR but should i still try?

If you used the Meb method then that would indicate a packaging error on the manufacture side. Since there's no crime or theft there shouldn't be a need for a PR. You need to convince Amazon support of that.

A PR Is not relevant to the MEB, but Amazon's pea-brain reps will keep Insisting on It, so you've done the right thing by filing the report.

A PR Is not relevant to the MEB, but Amazon's pea-brain reps will keep Insisting on It, so you've done the right thing by filing the report.

the agent just told me “my colleague already told you to fill the report, without it we can’t take any action”
so i gotta make the PR

update: i just filed the report and sent it to amazon.
from the police office everything was fine they just marked the IMEI this can be a problem?
i mean if i may try to sell it and they are monitoring the used sales sites after this report they could catch me checking the imei.
or there are absolutely no risk and i just need to chill and wait for the refund
