The fact that they said the glasses would be shipped from their warehouse makes me hopeful that these prescription glasses will be no different from SEing regular glasses from RayBan

If the factory that made the prescription had CCTV cameras when packing the glasses , It'd confirm that Ray-Ban received them In full.

But the events that take place within Ray-Ban's warehouse, Is a different story - the case could've been opened and the glasses taken, hence you only received the case.

The package was delivered today, the glasses were enclosed within the case. From all the methods that I've seen I have been told to say that only the case arrived and there were no glasses in the package, however considering the glasses were within the case in this instance, wouldn't it make more sense to say that neither the case nor the glasses were present upon delivery?

I was asked to send photos of the empty package and glasses case within an email. Took the photos, also omitting the glasses cloth and certificate of authenticity that were in the case. Waiting for a response. So far the process has been very straightforward.

I don't see why they require photos - the goods were missing, which pretty much speaks for Itself.

At any rate, they've accepted your claim an It's moving forward, which Is obviously a positive sign.
