Hi again @mothered , i did call them just a few minutes ago, said that i ordered them for my brother birthday and that i did not receive anything, SE went well and they said i'll get my money back in a few days, no investigation whatsoever so i think that's it.

No i don't have one, my items are labeled as "returned" on the app so i don't no if it's really important, this is interesting tho, why i would want to have a record ?

I've experienced a number of Incidents whereby reps verbally advised that a refund was forthcoming, only to find they denied the conversation a few days later.

Luckily, I recorded our communication - which ultimately ended up having the claim approved.

No app.

I have the phone on speaker, and use another device (right next to the phone) to record the conversation.
