i did the dna but i didn’t think it was gonna work so i told them i got it afterwards so i could ftid so i emailed them last night on the incident report saying my order number tracking number etc and that i got my phone an that mum had it hidden on which it takes 1-2 business days to respond but to my luck i woke up today to them saying they processed a refund so i replied back to the email saying “ nevermind it was a separate package she ordered i thought it was mine and i got confused” probably wasn’t the best excuse but we move but do you think when they see the email they’ll ask for the phone back now in response?

yes the funds are clear in my account i’ll keep you updated on what they say when they see the incident report i’ll probably get an email today/tomorrow, really didn’t think it’d work since my mum got the parcel in hand an it still worked

By the way, lmao, i tried to EB some earbuds today, spoke with 2 reps on a chat and a phonecall and they just didnt wanna give me the sweet refund. They both said that PR is needed and i called it a lost rn and decided to send it them back to get my money back to my account. I was trying to convince them that i cant get a report for a low value item like that (70pln) about (20usd) but they just gave no fs. For future actions, is there a way to safe this kind of situation? Well i guess i needed that as a refeshment cause i was getting too comfy

Yeah i said it just like that, the earbuds were missing, but reps just seem to not give a damn. No way to convince them to even start some negotiations.

They sent me an emial with info that considering the weight of the package (it was 50g 😑) everything was delivered correctly. And if i want to i can simply go and make a report at the nearest police station. Smh...
