On 5th June 2020 was the AirPods and on the 12th I did the I phone. I used the the empty box method and both of them was a success. On the 20th June 2020 I received the “Refund” email which says I’ve done a high number of refunds. Since then I’ve placed like 4-5 legit orders. Is it safe for me to do the sealed box method? If the answer is yes, I have a question. So the IPhone will come in the Amazon box where my address etc will be on and the actual iPhone box. Do I have to carefully reseal the iPhone box or the Amazon delivery box? It may seem like a stupid Question but I’ve never had to do a Manual return with any website. Thank you.
Can someone explain how the EB method works. Are you supposed to say the Amazon Box is empty or the AirPods box is empty

I will start the SE in a few days maybe. I’ll keep you updated
I always recommend to opt for a method you're most comfortable and confident with, so If the wrong Item received gives you peace of mind, then It's the correct choice of method.

Hi once again, I was thinking of doing the sealed box method but I want to keep the iPhone and the box sealed for reselling purposes. Do you think if I order and empty iPhone 13 box from EBay which costs about £10 and fill it up with the same weight as the brand new iPhone 13 and reseal it then return that back. Would that be a possibility and work? Thank you.

One more thing, if I want to do wrong item method, it says on amazon the box dimensions are 320g but I’m guessing that’s with the phone too, could I do a wrong item method with a Alexa gen 2 that weighs 300 grams. Would 20 g make Amazon suspicious? What method would you go with? Sorry for the questions. Looking forward to your reply.

If they scan the return (which Is very likely), It will not come up as part of their Inventory, hence they'll realize It's not their stock.
That's If the box comes with a barcode to begin with.

Not at all, It's barely noticeable.

They're both equally effective, but as said, opt for the one you're comfortable and confident with.

I decided I’m going to do the wrong item method, I got a friend to order the Alexa to his address and I’ve ordered my IPhone to the locker. Both should arrive on Friday. Will keep you updated

Are there any updates on the SE?

It's been almost 3 months since the OP's last correspondence, so there should be an outcome on the claim.
