I created a claim that "my" lenovo laptop broke down and melted. I submit it and come back to the case later to find that it has be resolved a day later without me doing anything. What happened?

I essentially said that it was melted. I think my only other option is to directly contact them through their 24/7 customer support.

You should really directly contact them since most chat support don't mind much what they are doing and just click and click, and follow what their supervisor says. You should also do some drama to make it more convincing.

If you have good reasoning skills and you are confident enough to save your skin then why not right? But if you want to be off the grid, use a different phone number or skype number.

I highly suggest to follow what mothered said. You could also reason out that you were ignored and your ticket was auto-approved without even having a one-on-one with you.

I've called them and it's kinda weird. I found out why my ticket was closed and it was due to me not calling them immediately after. Also I've been put on hold for like the past 15 min now. It's been nearly 30 min and idk whats going on. Is this a good thing? The last thing he said was "I'm going to talk to someone real quick before he put me on hold".
