paypal claim return or empty box? #1
Plan on ordering some clothes 3-4 items around $2.7k USD, should I say it arrived in an empty box and file pp claim or just file a return and FTID? New to this so help is appreciated!

Firstly, the goods will be way too heavy for the missing Item method.

Secondly and equally Important, there are only two types of claims with PayPal - "INR" (Item Not Received) and "SNAD" (Significantly Not As Described). Why not SE the company directly? Also, who Is the company?

Would be hard to SE almost $3k worth of clothes, the company is Ssense, it's a clothing website that accepts paypal. I was thinking about DNA and fake signature but not sure how well this method works with higher priced items. Also, it is only 3 items; a jacket, a sweatshirt, and jeans.

It will be just as difficult If you cannot justify your claim to PayPal.

It's almost certain that an Investigation will be opened, along with a request for a PR.

A lengthy claims process Is also likely.

I can guarantee the combined weight of the Items, Is way too heavy for the EB method.

I would try DNA or partial method. Order 3 items and tell the company one of them is missing, then return the other 2.

- I can get it for free, as everyone would if they could.
* Do you think that all these people think like you?
-Like me? Almost everyone. They just don't have the balls to admit it.

I'm thinking about doing DNA and just fake signing, what do you think?

It would probably take 2-3 weeks or I could just FTID return it and show paypal proof for refund

Absolutely.

Be sure the fake signature Is somewhat legible (readable). As such, they'll see that It's not associated to your name, hence give the Impression that someone else signed for the delivery.
