When you returned the parcel with fake label , did you just use a envelope or the same packaging and same matching weight as the clothes came in ?
Assuming since he used a service to create the label, and that service being poor enough to close afterwards, I would say this was just an envelope label. I would also love some clarification if this was wrong as I have a PayPal claim going with Walmart for about 1.1K and several items after a failed FTID, ( I know mothered I should have done better but I was lazy and am now feeling the repercussions) running it with “item significantly not as described” wondering if I should reship an weighted LIT box to punch it through or submit the failed FTID that was delivered.

Well although I typically run through the process myself and actually box Walmart. I successfully FTID’d walmart a few times for cheaper items <500 and passed through so I got confident in the service I was using and ahead of myself, which I would never recommend. I ordered some larger value items including an iPad, about 1.3K USD and attempted the same FTID method. After a lengthy dispute I was denied my claim 2 times because the “shipping weight did not match” which as mothered has mentioned multiple times as a cause for concern with this faulty method. Learning the hard way has just furthered lengthed my SE.

This is what I mean best way to push ftid is use same packaging came in and same weight and then just ftid , then your have no hassle at post office when the barcode matches the same weight
