RE: [HELP] AMD CPU warranty claim (RMA) #31
so you box them with absolutely no edits on the DHL label?
did you have to give them a payment option as a security measure? (so they could bill you?)

I've just got my RMA approved, that's why i'm asking. I might box them since the GPU is lightweight.

Sadly didn't had any time till now to prepare good boxing.
School + work is more important at the moment Sad

If you wanted to, that'd be great

What should I do?
Saying something like I'm ill or have COVID isn't working because they gave  me 30days.

Just recently completely a successful razer RMA by circumventing this.

Basically it plays off of the need for bio hazard protocols in shipping

Explain that you've been recently diagnosed with COVID and you're unable to send the CPU back to them, in good faith. It would be a reckless and selfish thing to do because of the risk of spreading such a horrible disease. It would put their workers at risk of exposure, unfair to the workers at UPS*, and anyone associated with the process.

Basically I said I coughed all over my hardware and I refused to send it back to them, so they just accepted proof of destruction (which I then photo shopped).

PS - please get vaccinated

Thanks, I'm trying an rma with amd and although I'm somewhat decent with photoshop, I'm not too good with lighting.
