Nike Investigation

So you see I did a DNA with Nike and now they said they need to do a carrier investigation to make sure they dropped it off to the right address, but they also said I’ll get a refund. Is it still safe to continue on???

Yeah just continue. It‘‘s only a step in their protocol. So just wait few days and call/write them that you got nothing and you will get your refund for sure!

Thanks for the advice bro, they just confirmed a refund. Now quick question, what do Nike mean when they say they’re doing a carrier investigation to see if they dropped it off at the right address? Are they going to come up to me in person or is it something they keep internally?

They'll cross-check the carrier's records/manifest to see If the driver delivered It to the correct destination.

The only way you "may" (not will) be Involved on a personal level, Is If the driver decides to call or visit your home asking why you didn't receive the package.

Administration-wise, Investigations tend to trigger police reports and affidavits/stat decs.
