Nike Investigation - yungsans - 05-26-2021
So you see I did a DNA with Nike and now they said they need to do a carrier investigation to make sure they dropped it off to the right address, but they also said I’ll get a refund. Is it still safe to continue on???

Yeah just continue. It‘‘s only a step in their protocol. So just wait few days and call/write them that you got nothing and you will get your refund for sure!

Now quick question, what do Nike mean when they say they’re doing a carrier investigation to see if they dropped it off at the right address? Are they going to come up to me in person or is it something they keep internally?

Administration-wise, Investigations tend to trigger police reports and affidavits/stat decs.
