Hello,

Planning on doing a SE on Razer. My girlfriend recently bought the Razer All Star Bundle from costco that comes with keyboard, mouse, headset, and mouse pad but returned it since family member didn't want it. I managed to take a picture of the box and it had the serial number and comes with 2 year warranty. As of right now I have a S/N and legit receipt. Looked around some threads and seen that they might ask for video of the product. Any thoughts or information I should know before performing this SE? Thanks

As per above and as opposed to the bundle, you've mentioned "product" (single entity), so what Item are you planning to SE?

Sadly no. My girl returned it real quick before I could of opened it and sealed it again properly. Just happened to get a pic of the outside with all the information

as long as you have the serial number for the keyboard, it should be fine. If they ask for pics just send corrupted images/vids or do something else to get them.

In that case, you're good to go with the serial number method.

Got it will keep this thread updated. Will start on it tomorrow. What would be a good excuse why I need to get a replacement for my keyboard? Lights not working? Some of the keys aren’t working? Never done a serial SE before and would like to gain more experience and knowledge.
