Hi there everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone tried to refund or SE Secretlab.eu, or maybe just refunded from amazon?

I'd be quite surprised (and Interested) If any member has In fact dealt with, let alone SEd Secretlab EU.
Amazon Is the norm, so best to stick with a company that you're aware of how It operates.

I have searched the chair on amazon, unfortunately secretlab could be bought only from their site, omegalul.

It's not an Issue whatsoever.
Research their terms, namely the refunds & returns policy and just to get a feel of how they operate, the questions asked and how they expect to be answered, make a few bogus Inquires which I call "practice runs". Do this (where applicable) via chat, phone, email and take note of your experience thereafter. Select the gateway you're most comfortable with- example by email transmission. This Is In preparation for the real SE.
Identify all vulnerabilities (the company Itself, representatives and carriers), then prepare and formulate your method based on your findings. "Execution" Is paramount, so be sure to apply It In an effective manner suited to the nature of the SE.

I own a secretlabs chair, and they do not offer replacements without shipping the package back.
