I have searched the chair on amazon, unfortunately secretlab could be bought only from their site, omegalul.

It's not an Issue whatsoever.

Research their terms, namely the refunds & returns policy and just to get a feel of how they operate, the questions asked and how they expect to be answered, make a few bogus Inquires which I call "practice runs". Do this (where applicable) via chat, phone, email and take note of your experience thereafter. Select the gateway you're most comfortable with- example by email transmission. This Is In preparation for the real SE.
