well from my experience i would say logitech or just look for companies that do advanced rma

If your talking about SE'ing an item without any purchase (not refunding). There a few things companies are not allowed to have shipped to them or aren't allowed to be shipped in general, I'm not sure. These are things like:
  • Leaking batteries
  • Blood
There are more but I can not remember at the moment. There is a post somewhere on SL with all these. Later I will update this post if I can find it.

Also broken glass and Items that omit odor.
