How to use Proxy on your browser - JuiceKing - 10-04-2011

Use Proxy on your web browsers.

For Google Chrome users:

First click on options.

Then click on "Under the hood" then click on "Change Proxy Settings".

Then click on "LAN Settings"

Then type IP address of Proxy and port of proxy and click "ok" and again "ok".

Then check the proxy, click on this link:
http://www.whatismyip.com/

If your IP address is changed then proxy working.

For Firefox users:

Step1. Open Firefox and in the menu choose Tools and then Options.

This will open the Firefox Options window. Click on Advance Options.

Step2.Click on Network tab and the click Settings button under Connection.

Step 3.
In Connection Settings window, click Manual proxy configuration. Now enter the IP address in HTTP Proxy and Port address in Port. ( In this example HTTP Proxy address is 195.175.37.6 and Port is 8080).
Also check the box 'Use this proxy server for all protocols'.

Use this site to check your IP address.If IP address is changed then proxy working.

Yes it's safe.It's hide your IP.Always check if it hidden IP, if it not hidden to not hack a web site.If it hidden you can hack a website.It's safe it's hide your IP.

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUURGGGGGGGGGG!!!!
This is SO frustrating, I am using Chrome and trying to connect to a proxy and I have a list of addresses and everytime I try one, one of two things happen
1. I get errors on everything saying the server I'm using cant connect to this page
or 2. I feel in the proxy address into the textbox and when I go back its either empty or has the last proxy I tried to use filled in.
I have tried multiple proxies multiple times and nothing WORKS. This is SO annoying, if any one thinks they can help I'll worship you eternally.

1. I get errors on everything saying the server I'm using cant connect to this page
or 2. I feel in the proxy address into the textbox and when I go back its either empty or has the last proxy I tried to use filled in.

Or you doing something wrong.I think it's better work on Firefox.
Some proxy are shit, redirect to some page, or can't connect to the proxy server.For me it's work perfect.But sometimes i have problems same like you.Then change a proxy and it's work.
