First off, go to Kraft foods at http://kraftfoods.custhelp.com/
Next, look at the bar to the left, and find "Send us an email"
Now fill out the form, DO NOT PUT YOUR AGE RANGE UNDER 19. THIS CAUSES A LOT OF HASSLE AND YOU PROBABLY WONT GET ANYTHING.

Hello,
I recently purchased a very large bag of Sour Patch Kids. I usually buy them two weeks or so because they taste very good. However, this experience was bad. I opened the bag and a horrid smell came out. I tasted a few and they were all terribly bitter. I threw the bag out right away. I have never had this problem before but I just wanted you to know.
Sincerely,
(Your name here)The reason you put REAL INFORMATION is because they send you a reimbursement cheque for $20 or they might send you a coupon..
Wait for the email and.. BAM! It should read something like this (I got a reimbursement check for $20):

If your country has Kraft brand, it should work.
