First off, go to Kraft foods at http://kraftfoods.custhelp.com/

Next, look at the bar to the left, and find "Send us an email"

Now fill out the form, DO NOT PUT YOUR AGE RANGE UNDER 19. THIS CAUSES A LOT OF HASSLE AND YOU PROBABLY WONT GET ANYTHING.

Continue filling out the forms, and for your "Opinion" or "Thoughts"

Make sure the product you had problems with is Sour Patch Kids.

Hello, I recently purchased a very large bag of Sour Patch Kids. I usually buy them two weeks or so because they taste very good. However, this experience was bad. I opened the bag and a horrid smell came out. I tasted a few and they were all terribly bitter. I threw the bag out right away. I have never had this problem before but I just wanted you to know. Sincerely, (Your name here)

The reason you put REAL INFORMATION is because they send you a reimbursement cheque for $20 or they might send you a coupon..
Wait for the email and.. BAM! It should read something like this (I got a reimbursement check for $20):

If your country has Kraft brand, it should work.
