Jellyfin can stream media to your Television or phone, via a desktop computer or network attached storage. Jellyfin is an excellent software if you have a couple terabytes of movies and want to watch them on multiple devices. Unlike Plex, it's entirely free and open source. Linux, macOS, and Docker are also supported. Features Stream movies/shows from your desktop/NAS to a phone or TV. Original quality playback, without additional compression. Great for remuxes and lossless files. Auto-fetch metadata and cover art, using databases like TMDB. Netflix-like features, such as: "Next Up", "Continue Watching, and "Favorites". Excellent support, with apps for most mobile devices and smart TVs. (Google / Apple) Login system, with permissions, and ability to add multiple libraries/drives. Internet not required, can be operated via LAN. Remote-access is also possible.
