DELL SN method success? - MalboroRot - 04-28-2024
Hello there,
I always so ppl, claiming, DELL is easy to hit with SN, as they offer Advanced Exchange.
What I did:
- I found a serial number originated in my country.
- I opened a ticket, claiming dead pixel and monitor not functional
- I added the monitor to my created DELL account and it worked fine
- Send fake pics
and I have picture of the monitor
My Question:
Now my question for those who are experience, is this a good sign?
I had no issue to add the monitor to my account and no issues to submit a ticket
I've seen there is the option, to transfer ownership. I obv. did not and cannot make it. I only have the first name and the post code from the person
Unfortunately , the person who offered the monitor, deleted his post :-(
Any help here, how to proceed?

They're easy but make sure to cover your ass in order to avoid any potential rebills, which Dell is known for.
Drop-address is a must with them.

Can you give us more details about it? They really want a cc for some reason (1000+ monitor)

You could always give them a CC and then block them with your bank. Anyway this must be a new way from them to ensure you actually give the product back
