so i just called my amazon department for a empty box and he told me i had to do a police report and his system wasnt letting him get the money, did i fuck up and send it back, do the police report or try calling again?

Giving them a legit PR is probably the only way this will work for you. If its not high value I wouldn't waste a PR on it.

You can get only a refund for an item that is about ~300 euros without getting a PR. Expensive items or Apple items require PR most of the time. Suppose you can't get a PR. Just return it.

Its up to you to decide if its a substantial amount. If this is a one off and you just need a phone then it might be worth the PR but if you are doing this for the money and are planning to go bigger later then maybe not.
