EB or MEB?
CPUs are pretty lightweight, yet still come in bulky packaging.

EB could introduce possibility of them gathering data that would refute your claim.
DNA, when properly executed, is pretty hard to refute. You might create trouble for the driver tho.

If you're willing to file a PR, both methods have high chances of success.

If I remember correctly I just claim the package didn't arrive as long as they didn't require signature. Is there anything else to it?

Manufacturer Empty Box.
Yes, claiming you received the packaging but not its content is MEB.
To maximise chances of success, make sure the CPU is not visible from outside.

If you're in luck, driver dropping the package unattended is the best scenario.
Still, signature can be faked. The real killer would be OTP.

Personally I wouldnt hit @pple stuff.

Generally speaking, with Am@zon I dont think the method matters so much.
It's more about acc strength/age, order value & filling a PR.

No hard rule for OTP. Sometimes there's one required for 200$, sometimes not for 2000$.
